[The Company] [Vision Statement] [The People

Real-Time Radiography was founded in 1998 with the goal to bring to market the
world
s best digital X-ray imaging technology for medical, industrial, and security
applications. The Company is based in Pleasanton, CA, with additional operations

in Israel.

Real-Time Radiography detectors have already demonstrated superior X-ray sensitivity

compared to other known imaging sensors. The Company plans to develop,

manufacture and sell products for the health-care, non-destructive testing (NDT),

homeland security, and other industrial market segments.

RTR’s products are intended to fill important X-ray imaging market needs by offering

solutions that:

1. Provide substantially better imaging performance than detectors currently

available in the field,

2. Are significantly less expensive than alternative technology approaches, and

3. Achieve superior performance with times lower radiation exposure to

physicians, operating technicians and patients than competing technologies.

Real-Time Radiography is currently in the stage of accelerating its technology

development and commercialization activities. Now 30 employees strong, this hight

technology company is on its way to commercializing its technology and developing

partnering relationships with industry leaders.

RTR’s vision is to become a global leader in the digital x-ray imaging sensor market through a commitment to integrity, unmatched performance, innovative technical and business solutions, and exceptional service to our customers. The Company will continuously expand the performance of its products, thus protecting its customer’s equipment investment, and enabling them to favorably compete in the digital imaging market.

The Company’s fully integrated “turnkey” x-ray detector subsystems will be provided to radiographic equipment manufacturers on an OEM basis. Real-Time Radiography will supply products for the broad market needs in diagnostic radiographic applications, industrial applications, and security applications for both dynamic (fluoroscopic) and static imaging.

Management is comprised of individuals with demonstrated strengths appropriate to RTR and its stage of development. Profiles of key management personnel are included below.

The Chief Scientist of the Company, Prof. Michael Schieber (also of the Hebrew University, Jerusalem) is a world-renowned expert in material science and, in particular, Mercuric Iodide. He is the author of Real-Time Radiographys many patents describing the breakthrough technology. The Company’s team is composed of world-class chemists, physicists, and electronics engineers with a wide range of research and industrial commercialization experience. The company is venture-capital-backed by an impressive array of Israeli and North American investors who are seasoned investors and coaches.
